1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proxy Poland ("we", "us", or "our"), available at proxypoland.com. By registering, purchasing, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Proxy Poland provides dedicated 4G LTE mobile proxy services running on dedicated physical mobile modem infrastructure. Each proxy includes:

• Dedicated HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy ports
• OpenVPN configuration access
• IP rotation via API or rotation URL
• A management dashboard accessible at proxypoland.com/dashboard
• Access for the duration of the purchased plan (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, or 3 Months)

Service is provided "as-is" with best-effort availability. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, as mobile network availability depends on third-party mobile network carriers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using Proxy Poland, you represent that you meet these requirements. Use of our services is prohibited in jurisdictions where proxy services are restricted by law.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@proxypoland.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Proxy Poland proxies for legitimate business purposes including:

• Web scraping for publicly available data
• Market research and price comparison
• Social media management and automation (within platform terms)
• SEO monitoring and rank tracking
• Ad verification and brand protection
• Testing and quality assurance

6. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our services for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law
• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk messaging
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of cyberattack
• Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or impersonation
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or malicious code
• Accessing child exploitation material or any illegal content
• Circumventing sanctions, embargoes, or export controls
• Cryptocurrency mining or abuse of computational resources
• Reselling or sublicensing access without written permission
• Violating the terms of service of third-party platforms through our proxies
• Any activity that overloads or damages our infrastructure

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Payments

We accept payments via cryptocurrency processed by NowPayments. All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but existing subscriptions are honored at the purchased price.
• All transactions are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible by nature of blockchain technology. By choosing crypto payment, you acknowledge and accept this.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Because we provide digital services provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

• Service outage: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a pro-rata credit or extension.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Technical failure: If we are unable to provision your proxy within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund, contact us at support@proxypoland.com within 7 days of the issue.

Refunds are not available for: change of mind, inability to use due to third-party restrictions, IP bans on third-party platforms, or policy violations.

9. Free Trial

New users may activate one (1) free 1-hour trial proxy. The trial is limited to one per account with a 24-hour cooldown. Trial proxies are subject to all terms including the Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to disable or modify the trial offer at any time.

10. Service Availability & SLA

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Mobile network connectivity depends on third-party carriers and may be affected by network maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials on proxypoland.com are owned by Proxy Poland and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxy Poland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• All active proxies will be immediately purged from our infrastructure
• No refunds will be issued for unused time in cases of policy violations
• You may appeal suspension by contacting us at support@proxypoland.com

15. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
